Hey guys. I lost the engine in my 2000 disco and have a disco 1 parts rig. To my knowledge I can swap the intakes and oil pan and accessories and it will work. An I correct in this? I can't find any info on it. Thanks in advance!

 

It's a little more work than that. But it's doable.

Front cover, camshaft gear, crank sensor mount (which is welded on) will all have to be swapped.

 

And that's assuming no SAI on the D2.
