Default Disco 1 Problems

Hey everyone, hoping that I could get some help here... I recently purchased a used '97 Discovery, mileage is 168k. The truck starts up fine, but if you turn it off and try to restart it after driving it around for a while and it reaches normal operating temperature it misfires a little and rides rough. At first it was stalling and having major issues but it's evened out a bit. The check engine light is on and it was throwing a few codes but after clearing it with a scanner the truck only has two codes, which are the ones for abs and cylinder misfire. Has anyone had the same trouble I'm having? Suggestions/comments welcome.
Thanks!

Happy new year! I figured out the problems I was having and I felt it was only appropriate to share what I found out. I tested the pressure of my fuel rail and discovered that it was only 10 p.s.i.. I bought a new fuel pump, installed it and the pressure of the fuel rail immediately went up to 36-38 p.s.i! If anyone else is having problems like this test your fuel pressure and go from there.
