(Disco 1) The radio screen says “code” but the scanner says no issues
The radio is telling you it lost power and possibly has been stolen. it wants you to prove you are the owner by having you input the code to activate the radio. Could be in the glovebox, under the console cover, written on the radio, or if you don't know it, MAYBE you can contact a dealer and they can retrieve it om their computer. I did that once and it actually worked. I now have it recorded in multiple locations. Happens when I let the disco sit too long and the battery goes dead.
Code scanners won't give you the code, it is stored in the radio.
