Hello all I bought an 01 disco II for my daughter...maybe a little for me... so far I've replaced high pressure ps line and pump and water pump since I was there...this week is new track bars and ball joints with alignment...that will catch me up for a minute but I interior issues that I'm not doing as well with the main one is mentioned in the title and from what I've seen whilst browsing may be related.

it has no dome lights and the power locks don't work...I've checked all fuses and bridge fuses under the hood and all the fuses in the drivers side(lh drive) fuse block. A test light shows no power at either dome light. The locks...it didn't come with a FOB, when I hit the lock button I hear a faint click but nothing happens. I would obviously like her to be able to lock her car. If anyone could point me in the direction of what I need to test and where it's located I would greatly appreciate it.
