Are you sure you installed the sensor in straight, didn't bend it?
I would say the next step would be to get either an Ohm meter or a good scanner and get a voltage reading from the sensor when the engine is turning.
If I crank it over for a bit and then let up on the key after it charges (jumping) for a while, the second I release the key, it farts once.
Sensor is straight as far as I can tell, I didn't force it in or anything and torqued the two nuts the same
Well... I was playing with the door locks and hit them three times, the horn beeped, I turned the key ad it started right up! Only to mysteriously die again after about a minute. Only cranks now...
