Default Disco 3 2005 No sound and Sat Nav

I am new to this so please bear with me.

I have 2005 Disco 3 HSE.

I have read through posts and tried hard reset but still No sound from Radio/CD/Bluetooth (all operational even blue tooth recognise calls etc) and sat nav stays on LANDROVER splash screen.

Your help appreciated.

Default Discovery 3 No sound and No SAT-NAV

I did another hard reset following he steps shown here and no luck.

I removed and chaecked all connections on the Amp and Sat-Nav unit. I noticed that Fibre optic connection on Ampshowing bright Laser on one side not both but I imagine Amp would light the return once connected up.
On the Sat-Nav Fibre optic connector there was no light. Having a single fibre I imagin it must be either at the begining of the or end. Does anyone know which device comes before Sat Nav so I could check for Laser light in the fibre connectors?

help !!!!

So, has this ever worked since you had the vehicle ? Anything happened around the time it stopped if yes ? It does seem like a problem with the MOST network which is optical.

Thank you for your reply.
It worked up to last week never had any problem.
Called local dealer and he said they will start with updating the bios @ £100 and if that does not work then Amp under driver seat and Sat-Nav and on until they find out what is causing this probem. It is not an exact science I am very dissappointed that they can not diagnose rather than gamble with my money!!!
