Default Disco , all new Calipers leak

I replaced rotors, calipers, and pads on all 4 wheels. The brakes squeaked so I checked them. Found they were all leaking from the piston seals. The supplier sent me new calipers and pads.(And their brake fluid) A week or so after installing them they were squeaking again. took them apart and found they are leaking again and the rear pads wear pattern seems to be only on the edges. The supplier has no suggestions yet. I am also out on ideas. I've changed the fluid several times. Anyone have an idea?

Too much pressure? Maybe the ABS, or hoses are damaged and not letting the fluid release the pistons, blowing the seals...has anyone been using vise-grips(or other clamps) on the brake lines?

No, the lines have never been crimped. I opened the pads by hand so I think the return flow is okay. Can the ABS over pressure the system? I have never had the ABS light come on. As I was just putting the pads back in the front the pad did not drop in. The metal ring from one of the seals fell out. I am leaning toward bad calipers again. But all four?

Could be a bad production run.
Suppose you could always unplug the ABS pump fuse and see if they stop leaking, but I'd be very surprised if its that.
