Default Discovery 200Tdi exhaust

I need some advice please
My intermediate pipe is shot
I have automatic transmission
Vin starts LA07

I have been quoted £170
Part number ERR4530

The part for the manual is ERR1295 and is £54

What's the difference?

When my friend had a shot on his Mazda intermediate pipe I heard he got the part # ERR4530 because it has a longer life span than other part #... Though my mechanic told me that it has little difference except for the kind of tranny where it be used... Sorry if I'm not much of a help...
