i have just bought a discovery sport TD180 in December. 4 weeks and 3000km after delivery, the dreaded DPF Full warning appeared one morning after driving about 1000km in the previous few days. Holiday cut short and car limped back to dealership for forced dpf regeneration.

3 weeks after forced regeneration and another 2000km, and dpf almost full warnings every 2nd day the dreaded dpf is full error appeared after 300km motorway driving the day before. Car towed to dealer for the 2nd time in 2 months since getting it. Dealer says nothing wrong with car and force regens the dpf for the 2nd time in a month.

also adblue tank flattened after just 5000km.

who else has dpf issues and can’t get them sorted by the dealer. I just feel a brand new car should r break down twice in the first 2 months. Any suggestions as dealer has no idea how to fix it, and driving 50km to the dealer every 3 weeks for a forced regeneration is not an option.
