Doesn't want to start

Doesn't want to start
I changed the oil and filter
Changed the plugs/wires
Changed the cap/rotor
Changed the fuel filter
95 Discovery 3.9 93,000
Now my truck doesn't want to start
I've searched high and low on the site for some info on the 3 prong connector directly behind the distributor
I think I jarred it when I was messing with the distributor
The vacuum advance was loose and held onto the distributor with a drywall screw
I'm not sure if I plugged it in backwards because the clip was very sloppy
If I had plugged it in backwards would it fry the "module"
I can't find anything in the RAVE manual concerning this 3 prong clip and I can't find anything from searching the site
I guess I'm going to start checking all the fuses, etc and try to see if I'm getting gas and spark
The truck is turning over very weak even with a jump
Maybe I have the firing order wrong, but I could have sworn I double checked that
Man, I wish I knew someone around here that would come over and get this truck running
I don't know jacksquat about troubleshooting a Land Rover

After considerable research, I've narrowed it down I think to the connector that goes to the 3 posts on the ignition control module
The rubber boot is pretty tore up and the connector itself doesn't have the metal clip so it can go on either direction
I think the clip is either stc 1184 or stc 1212
The wire inside the clip has a break in it so I'm thinking that's the problem
I may have put it on backwards onto the module so I'm wondering in doing that could I have fried the module
Thanks for any help

The RAVE will have illustrations on the connector, so you can see which way it goes. Well, I haven't looked for that particular one, but every other connector I've looked for had a photo or line drawings.
I think it's connector C148 in the ETM. If you look carefully you should be able to tell the correct orientation.
Hopefully if you reversed it you blew the fuse rather than the ICM. Check the fuse, F3; Satellite 1; 10amp.
Be aware that in my 95's owners manual satellite 1 and 2 were reversed, 1 is 2, and vice versa

I finally got the truck troubleshot
It was the starter
I don't know why I was getting so freaked out about the electrical system
I did fry a fuse (Thanks Anti) but I replaced it and figured out the starter
It's a car
It's not voodoo
It's not magic
After checking the leads from the battery (which looked crappy by the way), I replaced the positive cable to the starter
I removed the starter and took it to a local rebuilder rather than buying a remanufactured unit
(150 plus core)or an OEM replacement from the dealer (600 HAHA), or some of the vendors on the internet
I found out 200 is probably about the going rate for a replacement
I got mine rebuilt for a little less than a 100
I also scored a new interior (leather seats, door panels, headlights, bumper, etc)
I think I can see the light at the end of the tunnel
Thanks again for all the help
Still I do feel kind of dumb for not figuring out the non starting problem

After changing out the starter, I'm still having trouble getting the truck to start and run right
I've narrowed it down to the areas that I think are the problems
It seems to me that the problem lies in fuel delivery
I'm getting decent fuel pressure from the Schrader valve on the fuel rail
Once again, I suck at troubleshooting these vehicles
I guess I'm going to clean the MAF, do an induction cleaning, drain the tank, change out the fuel pump, clean the injectors
Am I missing something obvious...like taking it to a qualified Land Rover repair facility lol
Thanks in advance
