its likely that you have a ground issue.....start by checking the battery cables...and all the ground cable points....there is a common ground point behind the drivers side kick panel that usually rusts,......you may need to look at the wiring around the shifter and e brake to make sure something isnt shorting there. It's not that bad a job to pull the center console and have a look....sometimes loose change and all kinds of debris can fall down in there and cause some trouble
