Default Employment and training

Deciding recently on a career change I have decided to go the route of Land Rover service. I have no previous automotive experience. I would like to know what Land Rover shop managers look for in hiring or doing apprenticeships(if they do them?). Also where would I go or look for training specific to Land Rovers? Is factory training only available for employees? Any help would be great! Thanks in advance!

Default RE: Employment and training

suggest enrolling in universal technical institute. a school for rookies in the automotive industry. than you can sign on as a apprentice at a land rover dealership. good luck.
