Does anybody know if the hard pipe that goes across back of the engine must go on before manifold and whether it goes above or below the coil packs? Can't find any pictures in the RAVE that go along with the secondary air or anything online.

 

you install the coils and the cross pipe after installing the lower manifold otherwise you have no access to the fuel line connection. Pipe goes over top of coils and the top 2 retainer bolts run through both the coil bracket and the pipe bracket. I hope that helps.
