Thanks to all that gave input to my rough idle, missing issue on my 04 DII. It indeed was due to water in the cylinders...through a valley pan gasket leak. So I did the heads while I was that close. The truck runs magnificently now. Alas, I still have one perplexing issue to resolve. The wipers, fog lights, and heated seats are intermittent. I have isolated the problem to the under hood fuse box itself. You can wiggle the relays and rap on the box, and everything will work for a few days. I took the box out and checked the underside connectors, but nothing jumped out at me. I have the rave manual, but can't find a readable diagram for the under hood box..anybody got any ideas.. my next move is to remove all the relays/fuses and connectors and emory cloth them..any other ideas? appreciated as always.

 

Hi, My wipers, front fog light, radio, and heated seats were not working.. replaced aux relay ($37 bucks) in under hood fuse box..all is well
