Exclamation First gear whining sound

Hi all,

I have an 08 Freelander 2 3.2 I6 SE with auto box and 85K KM.

I have just changed the rear diff and done the Haldex maintenance.

But now I'm getting paranoid on all the sounds I hear, so If you could help me out on theses two questions it would be very much appreciated!

1° I hear a whining noise when in 1rst gear when accelerating and much less when decelerating.
In neutral I hear nothing even at speed.
When I start from 0km/h in 2nd gear there is no noise.
The noise disappears at second gear.

The noise is like a car in reverse going fast.

I found a video on youtube that sounds like mine (if you listen carefully you can hear the whine under the engine sound in the first few seconds of the video):

2° i read the if we had juddering in full lock mode it is because the haldex is failing. I have some juddering but very little, just a bit more than if car is on D and at full stop with wheels straight. So is the failing haldex symptom with a big juddering or even just with a slight one?
