Default Freelander clutch

Hi, I am in the mountains of southern Spain and I have to replace the clutch on a 2001 petrol Freelander. I am a qualified mechanic but I have never worked on the Freelander, in fact I have never seen under the bonnet!!. Can anyone talk me through the process and are there any tips to avoid trouble ? Many thanks bob 18699

Ideally you need a copy of the Rave CD's. If you've got a CD writer you can download the image files for the CD's from here:

http://green-oval.com/joomla/index.p...&Itemid=29

You'll need to make the #1 and #3 CD's to cover the 2001 Freelander. The Land Rover workshop manuals for the clutch are included on CD#3, I'm pretty sure the clutch is common to the pre 2001 and post 2001 Freelander.

If you don't have access to a CD writer, drop me a PM with your contact details and I'll sort something out for you if you're happy to cover the postage costs.

Cheers,
