Default Fuel cut off cellenoid.

Here is one for yas, on my Disco (2.5 tdi) my cut off celenoid was plying up, not starting etc.
So I bought me a new one and put it in like a month ago, but now it sems to not turn off without stalling it. If I adjust it a lil bit it will work for a few days then start with prob again, I tend to keep a 24 spanner with me at all times to either tighten it up or slacken it off every time it does it, but its only a tempory fix cause it will do it again a few days later. Anyone know of a perm fix for this ?. Would be apreciated if anyone has any advise.

dont know much about diesels, but maybe there's a loose wire somewhere. it almost sounds like the same thing that happens to my V8 every now and then, but my problem is on the ignition coil.
