Does this engine have catalytic converters dedicated to each side(sorry, I’m noob to LR)? A cat that’s damaged could cause a whole side of misfires too

 

Yes, there are separate cats for each side.
This thread would probably get a lot more helpful eyes on it if the question had been posted in the D2 forum, instead of this general one.

 

One of the most common problems that misfire codes cause on one side of the engine is a clogged catalytic converter. ...
