Default Fuse blows

I have a 1998 Land Rover discovery the back light Passenger side light doesn’t work also the gauge light doesn’t work and when I put the fuse in to replace it then turn it on it blows need help to find the short I guess

Yep. Chase that spark.
Having a multimeter and/or Power Probe will help you immensely in troubleshooting electrical faults.

The gauge lights are a symptom of the tail light not functioning. In these trucks if your tail lights aren't working, the dash does not light either. This is a signal to the driver. So your dash is probably fine and will likely work when you find the short in the tail lamp.
