Right working left not-- Tail light

Right working left not-- Tail light
I pulled the housing on both sides (Tail light)
The passenger right side works (stop, brake, reverse).
The left side does not. Checked fuse F4 (Good)
Used volt meter on left wiring harness connector:No power on anything...Continutiy on ground wire good.Checked the wiring on both sides to lower bumper lights. no short or cuts. Right side again working fine left side nothing.
I have the electrical diagram from Rave out but don't see anything that would account for one side dead. Probably missing something.
Any ideas?
