Hello I bougt a 2003 Disco for my daughter and I am having problems with the gauges on the dash moving all over the place.After driving about 10 miles they will start working or just continue jumping around.The tach is not even working any longer it is pegged all the way out.After they start working when I come to a stop the speedometer will be stuck where it was at. Just got the truck out of the shop for emission issues that the government took care of for me that was nice.I noticed on the paper that was with the vehicle inspection paper it said engine ecu replacement denied.So could this be my problem?And if so can I install another myself?Thanks
