aftermarket gauges?

Default aftermarket gauges?

since I'm replacing my head gasket and will be in there, does anyone know how tough it is to put extra gauges ie; oil pressure,amps, etc?

The 2 most important guages you could add would be the water temp and oil pressure. There are both mechanical and electric guages on the market. I would go to a good auto speed shop or on line and start looking at the different guages available, I think electric guages would be best since you can find places to hook them into your truck pretty easily.
