Hey guys,

need some help, I've just bought a 2001 disco td5, which has a new gearbox with a warranty however it just cooked itself. The mechanic who did the job, doesn't want to do it, what are my options here? I feel like under warranty it has to be done?

I'm in Australia, any help would be greatly appreciated!!
