Default Help-fuel pump wire colour code

For 1999 D1-I've installed my replacement fuel pump this afternoon and was on my back doing a connection of the replacement connectors for the fuel pump. Simpleton me didn't count wires until I realized I have matched 4 wires with same colours - but have 3 left from chassis but only 2 from replacement connectors. In other words there are 7 wires from chassis and 6 wires from the two replacement fuel pump wire connectors. I think there are two blacks that are common ground. There is one more wire from chassis side that may be dark brown. I'm OK with the two wires left as they are green w/white strip & match, and red to red for a match. It is this third wire from chasis that looks a little brown compared to other black from chassis side. I tried Rave but can't find wire colours. Any help??

you have the wrong pump, it is supposed to have a fuel pump pressure sensor.

The two pumps are exactly the same when side by side- I don't know about any possible difference under the plastic. The two electrical connections are the same as well. I've separated the chassis side wiring back a few more inches and found a factory splice on the black-they joined two black on to the one from ground. This gets my wire count even from chassis side and pump side.
