HELP- misfiring after plug wire replacement
This is my first posting but this site has been incredibly helpful to me in the past using others' posts. I have a 2004 SE D2 with about 100k on it. Was getting a misfired on cylinder 4 for a while but no big impact on performance, decided to replace the plugs and wires this past weekend. I used the NGK plugs off amazon and Bosch plugs. I did the replacement job 1 wire at a time not removing the intake, which went much more smoothly than I had expected-should have been my first red flag. After replacing all the plugs and starting the truck it ran very rough and SES light blinking when accelerating. The exhaust also sounds like it's getting very hot very quickly. Now throwing the following codes: 0306, 0304, 0301,0307,0300,0150,0130,1300. Also, when I was disconnecting the battery I arc'd the positive with the ratchet handle which has me worrying I might have fried something. I was planning on ordering coil packs, different wires, new 02 sensors and seeing if that fixes the problem, but before throwing more parts at it I figured I would see what the experts have to say. Thank you in advance.
