Default How To Disable Traction Control?

I have an LR2, 2008, hse, and I really, really dislike the traction control system or whatever you want to call it. It's when it detects a wheel spinning and redistributes power to the other wheels. I can't even get up a snowy hill because my wheels just sit there because the stupid program won't let me gun it. I almost got into a crash once.

Is there a wire I can snip or something like that? Will disabling it trigger any warning lights or beeping? Thanks.
