Default Hub bearing or CV shaft?

Daughters "new" (to her) 2005 Freelander... good truck so far, everything has been done, and so far is running great at 125,000 miles.

Now.. on deceleration, I am getting a slight hum coming from the front. On other vehicles, its a dead giveaway for a hub bearing going, or a CV shaft. Both seem easy enough to fix (downloaded the manual from the forum.. thanks!)... however, the manual doesn't show a page for the front wheel bearing replacement. Anyone have a link?

I figured if I can find the info... I'll order in brakes, rotors, and new hubs & bearings for her car, and do it on a nice afternoon before it gets to cold. Please advise.. thanks

Hi

It took some finding but it is covered in the RAVE Manual - Front Suspension - Bearing - Hub on section 60-3. I have to admit the RAVE Manual seems to be a bit of a failure for the Freelander compared to other vehicles in the Manual. Hope this helps.
