getting ready for the state test (Texas) and my iCarsoft 930 gives me two incomplete tests: 1) evaporative system monitor INC and 2) secondary air system monitor INC.

I had also a Cat test INC but the drive cycle took care of that but now added the sec air...that's a new one.

The disco II 2014 had a P0441 evap fault, which I cleared 150 miles ago and CEL stays off, no faults, but the drive cycle did not clear it. (Had to find a long country road to do that) I suspect the gas cap, which now has an new o-ring.

What will take care of these two test before I go to the inspection without having to sacrifice my life savings to the almighty LR dealership?

Driving is the only thing. I had a 2003 disco go over 2k miles before being "ready". It's not a code, no way to "fix" it. Believe me. I have an autologic computer and had the techs on the phone for over 1 hour.

I met a guy at a smog test place and he suggested clearing the system(meaning clear all faults even though there is none). He explained that the system was locked up. My problem had cleared by then, but it makes sense.

Good luck, I was completely stressed after my instance.

 

Had issue too
1200 miles.... I cleared codes at 500 with above thinking, so really it took between 12 and 1700.
Clearing did no good
