iCarsoft LR II - Stopped Communicating
Anyone has thoughts on why my iCarsoft LR II stopped talking to my Land Rover?
It worked just fine about a week ago when I was checking coolant temps. Now, it makes an attempt to talk to the ECU and I keep getting the no communications error. Retried multiple times and even tried it on another vehicle. Still no luck...
My first thought was bad cable but, not sure how to validate it.
I will call their customer support for feedback but, I thought it was odd that it just stopped communicating for no reason.

Disconnect your main 12v battery for 15 minutes then retry. Also, there is a note in the workshop manual that its BCU or ECM computer can only be programmed 16 times, so if you used up your last try, well...
iCarsoft didn't work on other vehicle either
Not to point to the obvious, but you checked to make sure the cable is securely plugged in to the unit?
Failing that, tech support seems like the only option.

i did check the cable, was even thinking about checking each pin with a multimeter
Tech support number is disconnected
email to to tech support unanswered
i will check the pins for loss of connectivity and will consider the product licensed by AB as a replacement
