Update

icarsoft ft is working with my BMW

i rechecked fuses and don't see any issues

i disconnected the battery for about a minute and hooked it back up

tried again with key in the on position. Device powers up but, when I tell it to check the truck it tells me no communication.

The only thing I did prior to the issue was replace the heater core

 

Could you have knocked the OBDII cable somehow so that it's no longer connected properly?

i jumped the gun on my first post. It does work with the BMW. Just can't get it to communicate with the Land Rover now. Perplexed as to why it suddenly stopped communicating, it is something with the truck but, not sure what it is

 

Second email to tech support, still no answer

anyone have a number for them besides the one listed on their website??
