Idle

i did seafoam about two months ago through induction it did a great job,this past w/e i flushed the radiator and heater , then the next day once th evehicle got warm the rpm went to 1700 or so , i can flutter the throttle linkage and it will fall on rpm and sometimes go dead ,i claened the throttle body last night but this didnt change anything, what do i need to look for
98 disco 1 --------- 111000 miles

I would suggest you clean you t/body and decarbon the IAC, this should take care of your problem.

I did clean t/body last night very well, what is the iac? do you have a pix of it

The IAC is your idle control unit bolted into the top of your intake manifold.
You might want to down load a free copy of a Rave CD, shop manual, so these repairs will be easier for you.
