I have the same problem, apartment living. the last time they came and confronted me because I had 1 tire off and that little bitty jack underneath as I was getting it patched. Then my head gaskets had to be replaced so I just worked on the truck at night. I don't really enjoy turning wrenches but I will work on the D2 at night-time in the middle of winter before I let somebody else F*#$ with it, that's for sure.
