so this is what i got when i ran a innova 3130 scan tool through my landy. Now then so far i have researched it is an o2 sensor issues. but before i go crazy with the money i want a second opinion on this issue. i know you spike im sure you will have a good answer for me. so far you have been 100% right with everything. so if someone could help shine a light on this issue it would be great!!!

Does it have a code number as well? And year of the truck? Version (D1, D2, LR3, Freelander)?

First, how many miles on your truck, what year and model, when was the last tune up along with wires and what are the exact fault codes?

sorry about that. its a 1999 d1, throwing a p1138 code. these are a list of all new parts: ngk plugs, wires, coil pack, oil, oil filter and air filter. did a full induction cleaning, fuel system cleaning and crank case cleaning. cleaned maf and iacv.

just hit 110k miles last week.
