There is a place at Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh NC called Key Harbor. They can repair your landrover key fob remotes, replace the re-chargeable batteries
that eventually die, replace fob shells and key fobs and do electronic repair on your remotes. You can call them at 919-787-07823 or email them at keyharbor@clearwire.net. You can also ship them your broken remotes and they will repair it and return ship it to you.
