Default Leaking ace fluid

I've had my D2 for a short time now and have not found out as much as I need to know so PLEASE HELP.
I have a leak in my ACE system. It seems to be coming from the control valve mid truck on the passenger side- in particular from the side with the 2 lines going to it. My neighbor thinks its only a gasket, but not sure if it needs to be bled afterwards. My questions are- is it a gasket there, where do I get the gasket, how much are they, do I need to bleed it, and do I need any additional sealers?
Also a bit off topic but I met a mechanic, (Scott) that lives in Elgin, IL thru a Craigslist purchase. If any one knows him or how to reach him, I lost his number and need to find him again

Here is one page from the shop manual that shows the o-rings for the valve block. The slightest contamination can screw up the system. The whole shop manual is called the RAVE, and is a free download below. Bleeding usually requires a visit to a dealer level computer, but some other members may have a work around.
