well. just got the head back from the machine shop. did a crack check, a volume check and checked for flatness. no cracks, but was warped bout 3 thousandth. so i had them mill it down. looks all purty now. so i gets to put it all back together and see. i know it was leaking from the head to block mounting surface. hopefully the warpness was it. thanks again for all your help.

Did you check your heater core o rings? Should be two aluminum pipes running thru firewall to heater core o rings go bad and fills floor with anti freeze mostly on passenger side though unless heater core has gone bad completely. Or maybe just warped head. I have a 99 RR and just replaced my o rings problem gone. Good Luck
