Default Looking for a part/part number

Hey all. I'm finally putting my disco back together after a few years of sitting. Unsurprisingly, moving it across three states and four houses while partially disassembled has resulted in some pieces going missing.
With the center console out, and the foam pulled, there's a large rubber piece that goes over the shifters, with a little hole that the CDL and gear shift poke through. I seem to recall that being held down by a metal rim pop-riveted to the floor, possibly with another small metal ring around the shifter.
Does anybody have spares of these laying around? Or part numbers? Or even what the heck they're called, so I can ebay some? Or dimensions so I can make them?
