LR5 won’t start - but console will turn on
Our 2018 gas LR5 is having trouble starting. The console turns on when you hit the Start/Stop button, but the engine won’t turn over, there is not even a sound.
We have resorted to 1) foot off the brake 2) turn the car on/off 10 times (no engine turnover) 3) at this point, the engine will start.
Had a mechanic check the car and all the codes, disconnect the battery, and the problem persists. He can’t figure out the issue.
The Key FOB battery is new.
Anyone else face this?
