I bought a 03 Land Rover Discovery about 2 hours ago. I was sitting inside the car trying to learn about everything and I think somehow I caused the car to go into lock down. Nothing works. The battery does not nothing, the lights do nothing, etc. I am an hour away from the closest retailer. Any help would be appreciated!! I am desperate!
Thanks in advance!

Since no one's responded yet, I'll try and help ya out
. I drive a Range Rover, but some of the systems are the same so here goes!
The Range has whats called Superlock, which is a complete lockdown, and pretty much deadbolts the doors shut. It cuts out all electrical, but then again if youre in the vehicle you would trigger the interior sound/motion alarm.
Try unlocking the door manually with the key, and go to the unlock side twice in a row. If still nothing happens, then there's probably another issue.
Just to check, did you make sure both battery connections are solidly connected, and how old is the battery? It is possible if the truck was sitting on the lot for a while, stuff corroded and what not then failed on the drive home!
Good luck, and I hope this helps!
