Default MY06 D3 4.0l V6 Stalling at start

My Disco stalls just at start on a regular basis. The engine warning light is on but will start if I press accel pedal just as fires. Other than that it runs ok. Got 150k on the dial and I love the vehicle. I have just cleaned EGR valve and throttle body but still happening. Dealer has absolutely no idea and has been playing Russian roulette replacing parts to no avail. Anyone else had this problem and any ideas on what I think will be an easy fix.

Any other symptoms prior? Any codes to be read? I would start each. Like make sure your battery is good

No other info really. Dealer 'thinks' it's EGR but not sure. Don't know the codes but the battery is good and been doing it for a long time. Makes no sense.
