Need to change 04 disco ignition switch
OK our ignition switch on our 2004 discovery is getting BAD I need to change it. think I am going to buy a used switch & door handle from a LR bone yard on Ebay.It comes with 2 keys They claim its in great working order. Any advice on removal & replacement would be appreciated! I saw in some thread that you take a sharp chisel and turn the slotless screws out dont know anything about door handle yet. I do have a new uncut programed fob . PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I NEED ADVICE THANX

Absolutely.
Disco Britt, too bad, I had a set I sold yesterday on eBay. Nothing tricky or complicated and no need for any special tools for installing the ignition switch or door handle. You need the dealer, a nanocom or hawkeye to program remotes to work with your BCU.
