I have a 1998 Land Rover Discovery that I just purchase. It have a starting issue where the starter swings slow sometimes and sometimes it swings reg. So I thought I was told the battery had low cranking amps so I changed it and got a 1000w cranking amp Optima battery. That didn't help so over the weekend I changed the started because I was told the starter is going and that's the problem. I still have the same problem.....do anyone what could possible be then problem?

 

Have you checked all the ground connections?
