Hi!
I just became the proud owner of a 06 LR3, Buckingham Blue, 58k miles; what a truck! I've always wanted a Rover, and decided to go with the LR3 over an 03 or 04 Disco, and I'm very happy with my choice!
The dealer (independent dealer) I bought the truck from replaced the front brake pads when I picked it up,since "the brake light was on"; I've noticed a light metallic rubbing noise coming from the front when driving at low speeds, and not applying the brakes. It goes away at higher speeds. Any ideas? Could the dealer have installed the pads incorrectly, or damaged something? Do brake pads need to be "broken in"?!
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
