Default No sound from Radio

I just got an '07 LR3 (brand new leftover). It has 60 total miles.
The radio stopped working. That is, it's on, but there's no sound AT ALL. I can switch between AM/FM - no sound. CD the CD's don't advance. That is they don't spin. I can tell because the conter stays at zero. I can turn the volume all the way up/down, balance, bass, treble, fader, subwoofer, etc. NO SOUND

I turned it off for a 10 mins, started it up and the radio worked. Just got back from the gym a while ago. The radio worked on the way there, but not on the way back SAME PROBLEM. I turned it off. Set the alarm. Waited one minute, but no radio. . . . . . . .

I searched the forum and noted that a guy coming back from some football game had the same problem. The answer there is that it needed a software update and there is a Tech Bulletin B034 &B036 on the subject.

Is the Tech Bulletin the answer? Does anyone know what gives?
It's under warranty and it will go back, but I want the skinny from members so I don't get the run-around . . . . . THANK YOU ALL!!!!!!!

I don't know why you think the dealer is going to give you the run around. Too many things to worry about now days, this shouldn't be one of them, the dealer will fix it quickly.
