My 06 range rover is constantly going off. The only time it stops is when the battery is disconnected and I had the battery in my key fob replaced since none of the buttons were working and that still didn't help. If anyone can help me figure out how to fix this I would greatly appreciate it.

 

Same problem on a LR3. Replaced door lock actuator (actually I bought a used door) at the suggestion of a mechanic who used an expensive code reader. No luck so brought it back to the mechanic who now said it was the ignition key sensor which he replaced.
We thought that would be the end of it but it still activates annoyingly although less frequently.
I feel for you. Any success yet ?
