The problems with the parking brake are electrical as it is a electronically activated parking brake, it is a common problem.
Unless you have a manual transmission once out of warranty you can not fix it again.
As for the suspension, there are coil spring conversion kits out there, you swap out the air ride suspension and air compressor for coil springs, no more suspension problems.
The other option is to trade it in.
