I have a 2000 DII with 90K miles that has the above fault codes. My manual says left and right banks lean. Light will cancel and stay out for about 50 miles - truck runs okay but every now and then runs rough. Looking for direction on where to trouble shoot/how to resolve. Thanks for any assistance. When was your last tune related work done, plugs and wires, what octane gas do you use, have you changed out your 02 sensors yet and are you using a K&N air filter?

Thanks. I put in new Bosch plugs about a month ago when I got a #5 cylinder misfire code and it appears to have cleared that up - I need to do the wires but I am told it is a pretty tough job. I run 93 octane and no K&N filter. I am not sure when or if theO2 sensors have ever been changed.
