Default Oil cooler need to be plugged off

I have installed a remote double oil filter. We installed two one quart filters to increase capacity
I installed a larger oil cooler with cooling fan in a remote location off of the filter mount. So now I need to plug off the old cooling lines. What size? Any help, any one did this before?
This rover frame has been shortened and custom body installed. A lot of parts had to be moved.

Not sure why you are going to all that extent of adding a second filter, but am questioning why you would plug off the old cooling lines?
