Default Oil Light Came on - Checked and it's OVERFULL!

Looks to be antifreeze in it. Head gasket I presume? Anything special I should know prior to changing them in my 01 Disco2 with 140k? Getting the heads milled would be a good idea I figured.

Thanks!

Never mill the heads unless they are warped out of specs.
Go to Atlantic British, buy the complete upper head gasket kit, new t/stat, new head bolts and radiator hoses, especially if your old hose has the bleed screw located in the hose and not the black plastic tee.
Down load a free Rave CD from the link in my signature section for all the specifics.

rovafarm has better prices on the the head bolts, not sure on the kit.

I think the head kit might be cheaper too.
