Default Overheating

I have a 2003 Land Rover Discovery. About every 5-7 days, I have to put anti-freeze/water in it. The temperature hand goes up and it starts over heating. There are no signs of any leaks or holes in the hoses. Does anyone know what the cause may be?
Thanks

Default RE: Overheating

It is obvious you have not read about Rovers and overheating. I would not continue to drive the truck till you can get it into your mechanic. If you over heat it too much, you will be buying a new engine.
Fill it when cold and go straight to the shop.
